A week on the farm...

Second week of the school hols here so TRYING to keep 3 young kids amused. For more than 5 minutes.

Actually that's a tad not true...I really haven't managed to do much of this in the hols and what I did knit I then had to spend 4 hrs unpicking. Whoops.

A few seconds of panic...

Looked out my kitchen window a few nights ago and saw this. Then realised it was just a bit of burning off in a nearby paddock. Looked quite pretty in the evening, once we knew our house wasn't about to burn down!

Trips to town to celebrate a special birthday...

and make some purchases of course! This lamp was a bargain and I LOVE it!!

Of course that didn't help amuse the kids but it kept me happy.
